The Forum will be offline from about noon Sunday, 29 November 2009, until around 6pm-ish. (All dates and times in CST, GMT-6) It's time for some database work and I need the site to be static while this happens.

Thanks for the reminder--I'll be sure to put up some silly graphic or some such.

And we're back, 40 minutes early.
For those of you that are interested, the backend of the Forum now is in a fully replicated master-master configuration, which is a precursor towards all database machinations being moved to MySQL Cluster in 2010. This provides the Forum with instant backup, failover, and other data integrity needs.
Thanks for your patience.

Well, Richard, I haven't previously had my backend in a master-master configuration, fully replicated or otherwise, but if you say it's a good thing, I'm all for it!
Seriously, I haven't a clue what any of that means, but thank you for all the work.

I am still unable to use my BlackBerry browser or my computer at work to access the forum. Any ideas about that?
