looking for arrangements
Might be a long shot, and I know these were available at one time, but does anyone know where I can get hold of the arrangements from 'Jay and Kai + 6'?

Re: looking for arrangements
I have several of the Jay and Kai duos, but I've never laid eyes on the pieces for larger trombone ensembles.

Just trying to help, I have no idea if this is the same thing, but it seems like complete transcriptions of the J and Kai plus rhythm stuff is being sold legally here:

Re: looking for arrangements
By chance, just a few days ago I played through the "Tribute to JJ" chart from that collection, with a 5 trb and rhythm group.
It's interesting if you take the individual tunes separately, but it's written as one long chart with impossible page turns, and it's REALLY long and pretty much impossible to get through. Could have been done much better.
