Outage Tonight for Upgrade

I'm thinking I'm going to take the site down when I get the little guy down (~9PM EST)to do an upgrade. I haven't dockerized the site yet, so it's still running baremetal so I have to run through a few steps. Might try to work up an Ansible playbook or something to do these upgrades while I"m at it. Usually this takes me 15-20 minutes. But I think I want to do a cold backup since I haven't done one in awhile so it might take a few minutes on top of that.

Good ideas. Take all the time that you need. I can’t think of why folks could not live without this site for a hour or two. Better to take the time during a planned outage than have it crash with no backup or easy recovery.

Everything is up-to-date! Running the latest and greatest, so we're good to go for awhile again.
