Not sure, I'll ask around. I'm sure there is at least an instrument shop,if not specialized specifically in brass. For a specialized shop, there's Atelier Pfeiffer in Rijswijk

Jan Slot, on Nobelstraat is a woodwind and brass instrument dealer and repair shop.
