Re: Schilke Elliot Chasanov Alto Trombone Mouthpiece 4.7EC
I read about them on the silky website. They seem to be closer in size to something like a 6 1/2 AL Bach for my two cents worth that’s too big for an alto Trombone. It may feel like a peer to somebody who plays big equipment all the time. For me, I want something smaller to facilitate the outdoor Trombone sounding like the separate voice that it is. Consequently, I have been using the Marcinkiewicz Steinmeyer mouthpiece in my alto trombone. It does the job just fine.
