mouthpiece express

Post by Nolankberk »

I ordered a bach 7c megatone and it just arrived today, but inside the box was a 5g megatone. I emailed them back but I have not heard good things about their customer service, and gold plated items are marked as non-returnable. Has anyone had an experience like this? This seems like a huge error on their end.

One time they sent me a Marcinkiewicz tenor trombone mouthpiece when I ordered a bass trombone mouthpiece. They were fine about exchanging it.

Mouthpiece Express is here local to me, about 5 miles away. They've done a fair bit of work for me. I'm sure they'll make the exchange for you, since it was their fault. I know the owner, the lady at the front desk and the repair person. They are reasonable people, although sometimes a little overwhelmed.

It's usually quicker to give them a call.
