Ok I'll admit it, I'm guilty,,I've been playing with my eyes. I've got at least $1000 worth of mouthpieces in my desk drawer here in my studio and i found my "holy grail". My trusty old Conn 3B that came with my 62h. Larry Minick told me I'd like it in this horn but did I listen?,,,nope,,,I knew better. So guys, the guys at Conn knew what they were doing when they designed this mouthpiece, I'm glad they listened to Remington. Go by how it works not how it looks or what kind of looks you get from your fellow section mates. Like Sam B said "try everything use what works, for you.

Re: "playing with my eyes"
No flames here. I think the Conn 3B Connstellation mouthpiece is a great match to my Conn 71H bass trombone.
