Saw this in the library at the local university and thought it was pretty neat!

There's a track of a Philipines bamboo band on the CD that comes with the book "Brass Unbound".

It's artistic integrity. They aren't bowing down to what the mainstream thinks of as "good" -- big bass and trap beats. This is the real music

I don't know ... there's just something about the basket-weave bell that doesn't seem right.
