Wanted to locate: Raymond Buniak

I am interested in locating Raymond Buniak, the author of a self-published book, "A Twentieth-Century Treatise on the Trombone" (1986). He was living and working in the Chicago area at the time he wrote his book, and graduated from DePaul University with his MM in trombone performance in 1981. I would like to contact him if he is still alive but I have not had any success in locating him. If anyone knows him, could you pass this message on to him?

FYI, I have been in direct contact with Mr. Buniak thanks to the efforts of a Forum member who put me in touch with him. Thanks to all for your help in this.
