Different Pixie Mute

So I do a lot of Plunger Playing. I use the standard Stonelined Pixie and an old Brown rubber plunger.
So I watched a Paul The Trombonist video with Ed Neimeister https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ip132XZPtl8&t=109s
And Ed is using a "Pixie" mute but not like mine. But it looks like a Stonelined due to the color
The search was on !!
I was looking on different mute sites, then I checked Humes & Berg
Hmmmmmm
The Stonelined short model straight mute for use with plunger. The Trumpet model even calls it a pixie.
So I ordered one from Hickey`s Music and It came today.
After much cork shaving and sanding I finally got it to fit properly.
Very bright sound. My original pixie is so much darker. But I`m used to it
I`ll be playing with it more later this week.
But I like it. Seems like it has ssome "Grease" potental.
