Conn replacement rotor?

Is it possible to get a replacement valve core for an Elkhart era 88H? I'm thinking the rotors that are made now by Conn Selmer are not the same size as they were then, is that right? Customer doesn't like how the valve blows, and I suspect the passages were bored out. I checked them against another Elkhart 88H and they measure quite a bit larger. I'm hoping a rotor of normal dimensions might help center the notes better.

Thanks, John. Actually, on further examination, I'm not sure it's even a Conn valve. It's a Minick open wrap and I think he used some other make of valve on it, which would explain why it's not the same specs as my Elkhart valve.
