Hej Henrik! It depends on how work you plan to do. I use Sibelius, it not perfect but it does the job. It is a bit more expencive.
Thomans trombones are good for the wallet. You can probably get a slightly better trombone if you look at second hand horn, that is not sure though, the horns Thoman sell are very good for its price. And lots of second hand trombones are not that good. I do not use Thoman horns, but sometimes I meet students with those horn, I do think they are surpricingly good.

Henrik look on IMSLP to find lots of free scores for trombone.
