jay friedman dvd elements of sound

Hello,
Does anyone know when the DVD by Jay Friedman, 'Elements of Sound', is to be available? I know that Brass Ark were going to bring it out in summer 2017, but it appears to have sunk without trace - unless I have missed something, which would not be the first time.

It has been delayed, but I think that might be because the CSO Low Brass are premiering a new concerto written for them in the next few days. I imagine that Jay hasn't had the time to be involved in the final editing, etc.

I'm waiting for my copy as well.
