I know it isn’t a concerto but, rather, several movements from a suite of pieces for various instruments.

Can anyone point me to this music on Imslp?

It's unfortunately not on IMSLP, and the source material is rather tightly held, so it's unlikely to ever be uploaded. I don't remember which archive or library holds it, basically you have to go there to see it, or try to order a scan and be very lucky to even get an answer to your e-mail at all.
