BSO Low Brass at IU

Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music will host the low brass section of the Boston Symphony Orchestra for events/concerts on September 15 and 16.

Orchestral Excerpt Masterclass- Thursday, September 15 at 7pm in Recital Hall
Solo and Ensemble Recital- Friday, September 16 at 8pm in Auer Hall
The recital will feature works of:
Solos: Kevin Day, Robert Schumann, Philippe Gaubert, Anthony Plog
Ensembles: Paul Dukas, Kari Sundstrom, Phil Snedecor, Claude Debussy and Steven Verhelst
These events are made possible by generous financial support from IU Alum Grady McGrannahan, Edwards Instrument Co./Getzen, Griego Mouthpieces, and the Trombone Artistic Activity Fund of the Jacobs School of Music.
Mr. Oft and Mr. Lange are alums of Indiana University.
