David Bruce’s channel on YouTube

Post by Drombone »

With apologies if you all know about David. He is a friend of mine from university. His channel is well worth looking at, he’s very personable and engaging. His music is generally quite accessible although he does write some stuff that’s less easy on the ear, but he’s very open about this. I did try and get him to write something for trombone, but he’s resisted this…

It covers all sorts of stuff, from why there’s no such thing as swing rhythm, to ‘the worst mistakes I’ve made in composing’
