Guessing it was https://www.librassco.com/broadway-bass

I imagine the Elliott SYM series could accommodate similar ideas.

A mouthpiece that sometimes comes up in this context is the Ferguson V. I have one - for me it's definitely too small, but could be worth trying? I could send you mine for a trial - but I would probably want it back ;-)
I also heard about a piece made by Pickett (?) for Dan Levine who seems to be a really good NY player.
And I came across this: https://www.thomann.de/de/warburton_tw_ ... ombone.htm Maybe the easiest option for you to try?

There's a bass mouthpiece which fits that description in the Greg Black - Jim Nova signature series.

I’ve been really impressed with Doug Elliot setup in his SB (small bass) series, an SB J cup and J8 shank with an SB 106 rim. Plays like a souped up 2G that’s very open for its size with a fat sound. Very approachable as a doubler’s piece with that rim size.

My Broadway bass line goes all the way down to a 25.5mm rim (1.004").

Definitely a bass trombone novice, but I have found a Curry 3D to sound amazing to me with my Getzen 1062. Its cup is so deep! Heavy blank. It sounds better than a 1 1/2 Marcinkiewicz I have for comparison. I play 6, 7, 11 sizes for tenor and wasn't overwhelmed by the rim size.
