Yeah!
The whole concert is fabulous. That's one of the all-time great trombone section, IMO.
Bob Smith, Dave Bargeron, Keith O'Quinn, Dave Taylor.
They play for real. And Dave's an artist in any style of music. He's got soul.

Does anyone know what happened to Bob Smith? After the 80s is hard to find anything about him.
Great trombone player, great lead player. And did two very cool albums on the DMP label; Bob's Diner and Radio Face.
Was obviously at the top of NYC work to be playing lead in Mintzer's band over Keith, Mike Davis etc. But really hard to find out more about him.
