I am searching for sheet music titled "Song and Dance" for trombone and string quartet by Richard "Dick" Lieb.

The publisher is Kendor Music, and it is no longer in print.

I found it listed online at one music store but turns out they don't have it.

Any leads on tracking down the sheet music would be most appreciated.
