LOUD mouthpiece

I played sousaphone in college and I used a LOUD mouthpiece for marching band. I gave my friend the mouthpiece as a gift. It's been around 3-4 years since I've marched or played, and I just started picking up trombone because I've always wanted to learn. I honestly don't know much about trombone mouthpieces, and don't know what to be looking for. I know LOUD is a pretty difficult mouthpiece to come across, and I wasn't sure if they have models for tenor trombones or not. Any advice on mouthpiece selection for a tenor trombone would be helpful. I'm a fan of giddings and webster mouthpieces as well (played on a G&W Talladega before I played on a LOUD for sousa in college).

They did make some models intended for tenor trombone.

I won't go into the details (there's threads on this forum if you're interested), but new ones became unavailable a few years back. They pop up on the used market from time to time.

I picked up a LOUD LM52L large-shank tenor trombone mouthpiece (roughly 6½AL size) a few years ago, during my stainless steel phase. It's actually a pretty good mouthpiece. Quite rare now, I expect. Only available used.

Lots of good stainless steel mouthpieces still available from Giddings. Check their Website:
