Couesnon was a French company that was started in the 19th century and shut down just last year. With only this low resolution picture, I would venture a very approximate guess that this trombone is mid-20th century or later (the slide lock and style of bracing preclude anything too early).
The company archives were lost in 1969 when the factory burned, so any information about serial numbers pre-70s is unfortunately unavoidable.

The company that closed recently was PGM, not the original Couesnon company that disappeared decades ago. PGM bought the brand Couesnon but did not make trombone as far as I know.
Regarding this trombone, probably an original Couesnon, you should be able to find the year of the making in the little « pineapple « (if any) engraved on the bell.
Regards.

Couesnon instruments have a mark that tells you what year they were made. I can see it on your picture but I can't quite make out the year. It's a little grenade or pineapple symbol with two digits in it which correspond to 19__.
