Hey everyone!
I am a tenor trombonist, and I have been dealing with some left-wrist pain, presumably from the weight of the instrument. I would appreciate some tenor grip recommendations.
I’m looking for something that will not compromise the vibrations, sound, etc.
Thank you!

If you do the Google search - hand support trombone chat -you'll find a number of threads and suggestions.

Re: Tenor Grip Recommendations
Classic question, but still needs to be asked...
Is it possible that the problem is that the instrument isn't balanced rather than it being too heavy?
