There's a track of a Philipines bamboo band on the CD that comes with the book "Brass Unbound".

It's artistic integrity. They aren't bowing down to what the mainstream thinks of as "good" -- big bass and trap beats. This is the real music

The trombone was O.K., but I preferred the sound and timbre of the bamboo saxophone. :roll:
