E-Mails are not viewable by standard users

Can anybody see others' e-mail addresses at the moment? Had someone point it out to me and I've tried out a few users accounts and none of the 5 or so I tried seem to have it. Either in the profile or under the users' avatar (by clicking the bubble next to "contact" there is a little envelope icon).

Problem is fixed! Please let me know if anyone is still having issues with it after about midnight EST tonight.
